Food & Beverage Minimum requirement is $1500+ tax (serves about 105 guests – bitz & beverage).
Standard Service is 2 hours.
Additional time may be added – $175 for each additional half hour up to 4 hours and $250 for each additional half hour after 4 hours.
A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your truck. This deposit is applied towards your overall costs.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to the event.
Our truck can accommodate up to 150 guests in 2 hours.
We will travel 1 hour or 50 miles round trip from Jurupa Valley. Each additional 30 minutes of drive time is $175 and $4 per mile.
We will arrive 1 hour prior to the scheduled start time to set up.
We will provide napkins, to-go bags, and trash cans. Tables and chairs are not provided.
We can provide business license permits, health department permits and certificates of insurance. Other permits such as park permits, and entrance fees will need to be secured by the event planner.
A late night fee of $400 will apply to events scheduled 9:00pm – 11:59pm
A late night fee of $550 will apply to events scheduled 12:00am – 7:00am
A holiday fee is applicable on the following days: New Year’s Day, Superbowl Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.
