DOES THE WETZEL’S PRETZEL FOOD TRUCK HAVE A MINIMUM?

Yes, our Food & Beverage minimum is $1,500+ tax for all events.

HOW MANY MEALS DOES THE FOOD MINIMUM SERVE?

Depending on your menu selection, typically about 105 servings which include Wetze’s Pretzels Bitz and a beverage.

CAN THE PRETZEL FOOD TRUCK CATER SMALLER EVENTS?

We can accommodate any party size provided that the $1,500 F&B minimum is met.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes, a $500 deposit which is applied toward the cost of your event is required to reserve your date.

WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE?

Final payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.

IS THE $500 DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE IF I CANCEL?

The deposit is refundable if written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date and time of your event.

HOW LONG DO I SCHEDULE THE EVENT FOR?

Standard service time is 2 hours. We will arrive 1 hour prior to your start time to set up.

CAN THE SERVICE TIME BE EXTENDED?

Yes, additional service time can be added to any reservation at a cost of $175 per half-hour. For more information please visit our Catering page. 

DO I NEED MY MENU AND GUEST COUNT SET AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?

Your final menu selection and guarantee are due 7 days prior to your scheduled event date.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis so it’s best to reserve as soon as your event date is confirmed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY EVENT?

Our truck operates rain or shine.
